His focus is helping businesses become investment-ready by strengthening their growth strategy, identifying key gaps, improving business value and ensuring they are positioned for funding, succession, acquisition or future expansion.

Chanti Wilson is a supply chain and operations strategist with more than 25 years of experience helping organisations improve performance, strengthen leadership and build resilient, scalable operations. She works with business owners and executive teams to drive operational excellence and deliver sustainable business improvement.
Her experience spans the FMCG, manufacturing and industrial sectors, having worked with organisations including Unilever, SABMiller, Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, AB Foods, Cargill and Bayer. Her expertise includes Lean, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), change leadership and executive coaching.
